Been here almost two years and every time they say they’re trying to make changes, they go backwards. They constantly change office staff and maintenance team is always unavailable. actually fixed when I asked for it. Currently have wasps popping up in my house from no where and I think it’s from the broken vent. The property itself is disgusting. Trash everywhere, kids vandalized tenants property, and the pool… so now they charge for $25 wrist bands, but the pool is always gross and never clean. Stray dogs are a major issue. Tow company tows tenants cars out of reserved spots and you only get partial refunds. When Shannon was here, she was TRYING. And she was honest. Now all we get are excuses.
