March 10, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comBeen here almost two years and every time they say they’re trying to make changes, they go backwards. They constantly change office staff and maintenance team is always unavailable. And when the office staff claims they’re going to tell them to do something, they point the finger at the maintenance team who is always short staffed but I think it’s a bunch of issues contributing to all these problems. We I have had broken vents from raccoons and squirrels and no one provided proof that it was ...actually fixed when I asked for it. Currently have wasps popping up in my house from no where and I think it’s from the broken vent. The property itself is disgusting. Trash everywhere, kids vandalized tenants property, and the pool… so now they charge for $25 wrist bands, but the pool is always gross and never clean. Stray dogs are a major issue. Tow company tows tenants cars out of reserved spots and you only get partial refunds. When Shannon was here, she was TRYING. And she was honest. Now all we get are excuses.Read More

The property is well managed, the first impression of the grounds are likable, the management team at the community office are pleasant. The apartment unit has a modern décor, sizable rooms, which allows you to make it a home. This community of working neighbors with an active children environment, recreational park, pool. Easy access to local malls, schools, restaurants, and public transportation.
