They need assigned parking and ask their towing company to be reasonable(towed a brand new car, in which the complex got it back; towed a second time in the back of the complex when they passed multiple cars out of code in the front)The apartment could use a kid-friendly space or easier access to the park next to the complex. Maintenance is timely and courteous, even working on things when you're not present. I wish they would go back to regular exterminations, have noticed a slight increase in roaches compared to when we first moved in and there were NONE! The front gate always breaks, could benefit from buying another one instead of fixing the current one. Front office staff is cool. I've mainly worked with Ms. Collette and she is always willing to go above and beyond for the tenants. Definitely a value buy for a family or single person on a budget wanting space and close proximity to the Southwest side of Houston.

Because the apartments are so big, you will lack specialties like a pool and balcony but If you are looking for location, price and quality I would suggest you make this your 1st stop.
