RUN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

Sheeeeeeeesh first offf if I could rate this a 0 I would. Everything that the review from 2016 is still true TO THIS DAY. First month living here I had already run into a lot of issues; roaches…yes roaches these apartments are infested with roaches, plumbing issues with both my toilet & kitchen sink, the roof also started leaking, and to finish it off..shady neighbors. The roach issue is a whole category itself, I’ve been spraying pesticide for about 4 months, bought gallons of poison & roach ...
traps, but no matter what they keep coming back. I swear I spent so much money buying poison just to try to get rid of them, maintenance is no help w this issue all they do is spray pesticide too so I’ve had to handle this myself. I think there was a day where I killed around 15 roaches in a DAY, both small & big.
The neighbors here are so loud, careless, and rude. I’ve run into multiple issues with them. To loud music after midnight & early in the morning, then littering in my OWN backyard, to waking up to loud arguments from unstable neighbors & cops showing up to my apt AND arresting my neighbor. Shady people, shady business. RUN & DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO UR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING IN ANYWHERE & FIND SOME PLACE BETTER !!!!!

Horrible place to live. All the managers ran out on the owner and most of the residents left that dump within a few months of leasing. Summers brought at least 4 water roaches a month in the apartment I was renting GROSS!!! The pool was only open for about 2 month out of the year. To top it all off I know for a fact that there was a few residents of that dump dealing drugs so there was always weirdo's around. Bottom line is it was terrible, and for someone to post a 5 star review for that place ...
is unbelievable. Which would lead me to think it was written by someone that would benefit financially by a good review.........
