Do NOT rent with Struga!
March 23, 2022Struga has let me down time and time again and I have not even lived here a full year yet. Last summer, during the hottest time of the year our air conditioning went out, I called them every day multiple times a day for them to come fix it, and put in 5+ maintenance requests and it still took them over a month to fix it. I had to stay in a hotel this entire time at my own expense and they had nothing to say for it. They are always very unprofessional in their communications with me and my ...roommate and send vague emails with no details rampant with spelling errors and confusing language. Recently, they sent me and email TELLING me that they will be showing my apartment to the next proposed tenants, without gaining my prior approval. In the middle of a pandemic, they want to bring strangers into my home! I hadn't even submitted my intent to vacate yet, so as far as they knew I could've been renewing my lease, and they already had people interested in touring the apartment. Absolutely vile management company that does not care about their residents and simply exists to squeeze as much money as possible out of their tenants.
