I absolutely love living here. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the leasing office to inquire about living here. I've had a wonderful experience at Cortland Bear Creek. The community is well-maintained and the amenities are fantastic. We moved here after looking at dozens of other communities. The office staff and community were a huge draw for us. For a large property, the community feels small and is surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the highway and airport. I have to reiterate, the office staff is simply great.

Cortland Beer Creek is probably the most well maintained and beautiful property I think I've ever lived at. There are lots of features, like a world class weight room and pool area (with multiple grills, by the way). The landscaping is supreme! There are trees all over the place! It's gorgeous. The maintenance guys are fantastic! The best in any place I've ever lived! If you put in a work order for something, it will absolutely be handled! If there is one negative thing I would mention, it's the ...
parking. I hate it. There are too many people with multiple cars that just sit there taking up space, never being driven. And if you work even slightly late, you'll have a hard time finding a spot to park. Just thought I would mention that, it IS important! But everything else is great!
