Maintenance team is wonderful!

Really appt maintenance team. Recently received help from Markus and James who are very helpful and professional. Always responding promptly to any requests. Only issue I have is with the consistency of our trash being collected on a regular basis which I get things happen once or twice but it’s becoming too inconsistent with trash not being picked up.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. Too expensive for the service you get. And you get treated worst than the dogs which seem to run the place. Filthy, poorly managed , too expensive, ROACH INFESTED. LAZY TEAM AND overall too much suffering here.

The facilities are beautiful, the maintenance of the community is notable! When there is something to be repaired, the maintenance staff is quite professional and fast, that is when they receive the message, lately the message channel is quite poor or non-existent, since getting any response from the office is non-existent. They probably don't have anyone in charge to respond to residents. As for comfort, the walls and floors are paper thin, I can perfectly hear conversations or any sound from my ...
neighbors, it doesn’t bother at day time, but definitely late night is not fun. Lastly, the price breakdown is very uncertain, I have not been able to find someone who can give me clear information about the charges they are making me, since it varies significantly between months and when I asked no one gave me an answer. In short, you have to trust the amount of the rent, because it is not at all clear.

Totally overrated, typical cheap and fast renovations like luxury vinyl planking so they can justify ripping you off. Management team thats impossible to get a hold of because they’re closed half the week. Constant car break-ins. Other tenants constantly not cleaning up after themselves and their pets. Small units that offer zero storage solutions so you have to spend more money….instant buyer’s remorse living here.

Don’t move here they have an ant infestation. And the rent is very pricey. Never no parking, and the breezeways and all over the railings it’s always full of spiderwebs in the summer and they never come through and clean it.
