Cortland Sun River - Pleasant, Professional and Friendly Vibes
February 10, 2025Lucas & Nicole who manage Cortland Sun River are top-notch professionals who are caring and understanding. They are super friendly and set the right vibe for the Cortland Sun River community. The ambience is peaceful with nice sidewalks and xeriscaped areas for everyone, including furry friends, to enjoy! The units are remodeled, clean and modern. The residents have all been very welcoming and friendly. The gym and entertainment areas are also amazing. December 31, 2024Cortland Sun River has been an incredible community to live in! Everything is new and clean, plus I feel safe and welcomed everyday. I have been living here for 5 months so far and am extremely happy with my decision to move here. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance is usually taken care of within a day or two. December 31, 2024Cortland, Sun River is a great place to live. I just renewed my lease. The entire community went under major renovation from every apartment with Samsung high efficiency appliances, new air conditioners, and no carpets in the apartments, a sanitary plus. The amenities are wonderful. A new workout room and new equipment with access 24/7. The pool is amazing with a grill in the area which is ideal for a weekend retreat by the pool with piped in music. The landscaping is beautiful. It is also a ...gated community. Office staff is professional and prompt on addressing issues. It definitely has a sense of community. I is located close to everything.
