        My porch is a peaceful and and beautiful place to relax. enjoy my neighbors. Communicaton from leasing office is topnotch. Food vendors are great options, with great variety. Walking around the lakes and neighborhood feels safe.

        Things have improve since last Administration! However, the"speed bumps" was a good idea for the 15 mph but the cars/trucks don't even slow down for them. It is still dangerous to pull out of the "covered parking" without being hit! Also, why don't they "water" the area across the pond or the area around our Cottage (11001)? Other areas i noticed are watered frequenty?

        Move -in was easy, my cottage was very clean and well maintained! The neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful, a very welcoming community. I’m still unpacking, sorting, and getting my bearings, but I love my new place and I am so happy to be back home in Texas!

        A nice place to live. Clean, quiet, feels like a neighborhood. Amenities are typical. Landscaping needs some work. We renewed and hope to do so again unless prices go up.
