Roach Infested!!
April 25, 2024This place is an absolute dump! Roaches and all insects freely roam throughout the apartments. When we moved in we provided a list of repairs and we absolutely ignored. Office manager Lisa is extremely rude and condescending!Review from Apartments.com

Just- don’t
August 14, 2021So I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the first year it was pretty good, this past year has been terrible. Our AC has been broken all summer we have put in 3 service requests that all got marked as “complete” not even 12 hours after putting in the request. I have a ring doorbell and can see that nobody has came to even look. We’ve had like 4 property managers in the past year and can never get in contact with anyone. AC runs all day and is constantly 80 degrees in my apartment, my power bill ...is outrageous. Also the hallway lights have gone out snd haven’t been repaired and there’s bugs literally everywhere in the hallways (wasp bee and paper wasp nest everywhere) I just don’t recommend and cannot wait to move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Love living here
June 7, 2016I enjoy the property out here. It is always quiet and peaceful out here and the neighbors are very friendly. The water view is fantastic with all kinds of egrets, eagles, herons, ducks and other waterfowl flying around.
