It is a very nice neighborhood to live in. The only noise you hear are the kids playing on the playground. Even though it is next to a busy road, you can't hear noise, at least from my apartment. The gym ISNT open 24/7, neither is the pool. Only the laundry room is 24 hours, which needs to have SOME dryers replaced because they don't dry clothing well. I like my apartment. It doesn't have carpet in the living room, which for me is a bonus. The only thing that bothers me is the $150 bill we get ...
every month for sewage and trash, which I thought was covered by the lease. I know a lot of people complained about bugs, specifically roaches when I looked at reviews before moving here. If you clean your house and use preventive measures, you'll be fine. A few ants here and there, maybe a roach or two but again keep your house clean. All in all I give it a 6/10.

Great apartment with a game room, gym, pool and jacuzzi. Great office staff. Maintance keeps everything fixed and no long wait. Nice big garage and patios.
