    From application to living every day, the County Crossing staff have been quick and kind to help with the whole process. I always felt welcome and if I had a maintenance issue someone arrived quickly. I have nothing but positive things to say. My kids even love it here. We have been on walks and they enjoy the playground equipment and the little pathways and benches.

    County Center Crossing is a great place to live. I have been here 7 years and have not had issues. The apartments with sunrooms are very spacious and comfortable. If you have a first floor apartment you get to have flooring instead of carpet. Love it

    No work order is ever done on time, the office never answer the calls and if you leave a message dont expect your call to be return in a timely matter, they will never call you back unless youre very persistent.

    County Center Crossing is a very good place to live the apartments are nice and big but the rent rate is not worth the money that they are trying to start charging!!!! Its a pandemic we all are struggling trying to make in out here in the bad whole.

    I have been living here for about 10 months now, and Jennifer from the leasing office has made residing here a breeze. She is extremely professional and caring. Whenever I stop by the office, she is always ready to help with the biggest smile on her face. When I am being lazy (which is often), I email her, and she usually responds within a couple of hours. Like anything in life, there are pros and cons. PROS: •Plenty of closet space •The community is all the way in the back and surrounded by ...
    townhouses •The community is well kept •Maintenance responds to orders the same day if not the next day. If it is an emergency, they have an emergency line where maintenance responds within an hour. •Jen from the leasing office and the maintenance guys are extremely helpful and friendly •PARKING!!!! There are plenty parking spaces, and love the fact they are first come and not designated parking spaces •During the summer time, they host events, Zumba at the pool, kick off summer events, etc. •Mid-County (which can be a good/bad thing). It all depends on what you are looking for •PWC Officers reside here; which provide an extra sense of security. But I never felt unsafe no matter what time I arrive or leave my apartment. You are responsible for all your utilities (can be a good and bad thing). I like it because I am in control on how much I pay based on my utilization CONS: •Washer/Dryer are not the best. The dryer takes forever to dry a small load of clothes. (Good thing is they are full size washers and dryers). They should replace them, because they are old. •About 15-20 minutes from a highway •Like any apartment building, if your unit is under an inconsiderate neighbor (especially with unruly children), you will hear them run around all the time. (I had this issue, I informed Jen of it since I could not endure it anymore after talking to the residents themselves, and she addressed it. They seem to have calmed down a bit. •The dumpster is on the right side of the community; therefore, if you reside on the far left, it is kind of far. Plus, some of the residents are disgusting, and just leave their trash outside of the dumpster. NOT THE LEASING OFFICE’S FAULT BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO ADDRESS IT! But a second dumpster would be greatly appreciated and convenient.

    its a good place if you are single. There are many families here but the properties are not very family friendly. There are too many people that smoke outside and make lots of noise at night and even some fighting.
