It was good for a while, then it went drastically downhill

So, I've lived here for about 3 years. At first it was relatively nice. Sure the apartments themselves are fairly old (I'd guess maybe late 80s?) and in need of renovation, but everything worked. About a year ago (maybe 2) the apartments were taken over by new management, that's when things started sucking. Now I have an enormous roach problem, they spray every other week but the roaches never go away. There's a stronger poison that might actually work, but they'll charge me for it. I have mild ...
OCD so my apartment is spotless, save for the occasional stray papers from school. I shouldn't have to deal with roaches, and they just keep coming. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, and it took them forever to finally replace it. Once the apartment below mine caught on fire, and so management let themselves into my mine (supposedly to make sure nothing burned) and left charcoal handprints on my bed sheets. In there defense, they try to keep the pest-control problem in check by doing random and unannounced visits to make sure our individual apartments are clean. So now I have a pest-control problem, and I have to worry about coming out of the shower to meet management, naked. It's truly an awful place to live. Do not move here.
