Disgraceful

My poor mother had to live her & it was the absolute worst experience. Nothing is ever fixed or repaired when it goes down. You have seniors living on upper floors in wheelchairs/scooters with the elevators broken. My moms AC went out more time than I can count & there was no rush to help her even during the summer time. Her fridge stopped working numerous times & again, no one came to fix. So much of her food went bad. She was constantly uncomfortable with her living situation but we couldn’t do ...

anything about it. The washers & dryers never worked. At all. So forget having clean clothes. Work orders may as well have been put in the trash. The office staff NEVER answers the phones, never answers emails & they’re never in the office. ATROCIOUS!!!
