The move in process has been great. Home has never been lived in so there were some critters that needed to be taken care of(spiders, ants, scorpions) but nothing out of the ordinary. Couple of appliances needed to be “broken in” but also to be expected with things that have never been used. Couldn’t be happier with the place.

We were misled/deceived through multiple steps, too much to even type in here. We almost had to turn around and drive 6 hours back and told several different stories.

This absolutely the worst place to live. Do NOT move here you’ll regret it. This place was an amazing place before they changed management companies. The new management company is awful and absolutely the worst costumer service. The maintenance guy didn’t do anything to fix any of the problems but he but would steal the packages if you’re not looking. My camera recorded everything. When your lease ends, they won’t communicate with you with a closing procedure but will charge you for everything ...
including minor wear and tear. Once you leave, document everything, you’ll need it. Once your lease ends, you will be mischarged for a lot of different things too. Good luck trying to communicate with them. They will wait several days to weeks to run out the time to screw you over. Do NOT move here.

Paula and Isaiah are awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. I have had some maintenance issues since moving in but for the most part they have been taken care of in a timely manner... even the issues that needed to be repaired under the warranty. Street pa rking is at a premium for those who have more vehicles. All in all I do love living here!
