New property manager
August 24, 2023I was a tenant for two years, everything was fine when the lady was a property manager. Since the arrival of the new property manager, everything has become strange and difficult with the maintenance of the building and the small repairs to be done if there are any. Also, he's not serious about finances, I left the apartment months ago, he still hasn't refunded my deposit, he gives me fake dates every day. He also talks badly to customers.Review from Apartments.com
Update amenities and management
August 21, 2020First, there is no pool here. That was taken out nearly five years ago. But that is about how on top of things management is. The on-site washers and driers are unreliable at best. There is very little parking and people park in the lot all the time when picking up kids from school, but there is no way of knowing the difference between tenant and non tenant cars, so nothing can be done. And if you want a repair done, good luck. You get what you pay for, I suppose. The one nice thing about these ...apartments, though, is that there is no monthly pet rent and no pet limit, just a one time pet deposit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
