Let it be last resort
June 12, 2025The building is old and the maintenance issues are ridiculous. And they have no urgency in revolving the issue. I had old moldy windows for 2yrs. Ac went out in April couldn’t open my windows to get through the night. When I viewed the AC vent for what appeared to mold the guy said it was just dirt. It’s currently out for same issue in the month of June but because the temp is 2 degrees off what they deem an emergency they won’t come until next business day. They tried raising my rent excessively ...until I was going to move then they kept it the same because they didn’t want people moving out. The parking is horrible in back. Side of building is poorly lite. Let’s not speak on how terrible the tubs are and won’t get clean no matter the products used. The pool stays closed more than it’s open. I was without mail for weeks with a check in the stack being held from my insurance company because they got new mail boxes and didn’t send email until the day of. The trash area always overflowed looks like you’re living in the projects. I cannot wait until my lease ends. I hate I renewed it in April.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
