I've been living here for 3 years. I've seen two companies own this place and too many managers to count. Management doesn't take care of anything just collects rent by far the worst Management. No maintenance, nothing gets taken care of. Don't even make this your last choice. The garbage out over field and trash all over the Complex.

Moreso than just aesthetic appeal, this place offers a warm welcome and great service. The office attendant was clear and concise with letting us know what to expect. The young woman that assisted my friend and myself, her name was Mariah. Talk about above and beyond! If an at-home feel is what you are searching for, then look no further than Terra Lake Heights.

Ain't no way anyone that lives here gave this place anything over a 1. I've been here through 3 name changes, but less than 2 years. They started the renovations on the stairwell outside of my apartment, but the contractors measurements were off and a support beam has been poking through the wall in my living room since November 2022. The stairwell is still under construction, so God forbid there's a fire. The walls are thin. I've had leaks come through the ceiling. The pool has been taped off ...

since last summer, and a young woman was shot in the face in broad daylight. The cops came out daily for like a week. Pest control is a joke. There's roaches EVERYWHERE. Oh, and the washer and dryer in unit cost $75/month to rent. I've seen the squatters, the dealers, the sex workers... I'm doing this on a whim, so forgive me if it seems disjointed. I could write a book on this place. All i know is when i do move at the end of my lease, I'm not taking anything with me. Nothing. Couch, bed, dressers, night stand , tv, none of it I'll start over. It's *that* many roaches.

I have lived here for about a year and I have seen many changes and improvements from big things such as the addition of a security guard too smaller quality of life changes such as stairwell checks for trash definitely a place worth checking out!

I've lived here for a little over a month and so far, I love it. I have a 2-bedroom newly renovated apartment and it's really nice. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I haven't had any problems since I've moved out here. The property manager is super nice and very helpful. The maintenance team is great they come take care of anything you ask them to without any problems. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept up. Doesn't look dirty or anything like that. Since the new management has taken over this place has gone down the toilet! Yes, they are refurbishing apartments, but we have prostitutes squatting and soliciting in the parking lot, drug deals etc n the parking lot, homeless people inside the dumpsters, homeless people showering at night at the pool, a swat team raided the apartment next to us and a girl was shot in the face in broad daylight in the parking lot. Infested with roaches and maintenance orders are NEVER completed. All of this and ...

our rent went up!!! Cannot wait unto our lease is up to get out of this hole. Last summer the pool was GREEN!!! No furniture or umbrellas at the pool and the gym is a joke. For the amount of money that you will spend here there are way better options.

The upgrades to the property since it been taken over are surprisingly nice. I went to view the place and was instantly taken back with the dog in the office. Why is there a dog in the office The young lady Mikeyla, was very helpful and willingly answered all of my questions. She was very pleasurable to work with. However the manager on duty wasn't quite the same. The property is still undergoing construction but overall it's a nice complex. Rates may be a bit much but I guess it's suitable.
