The leasing office and management will take money from you at every turn. Any post that is positive is because they send out emails for raffle tickets for free movie tickets and dinner if you post a "positive review". LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE

I stayed here for a short period last year and the front desk is an absolute nightmare to work with. They are nice until you give them money/sign a lease but are immediately rude and have no compassion if you approach them with any issues. I ended up paying way more than initially agreed upon. Don't sign a lease here unless you enjoy dealing with the most rude people you can imagine for the foreseeable future.

Crown Forest Apartments are in a great location. I have lived in both one and two bedroom units here (one downstairs, the other upstairs) and both had nice layouts to maximize the space. However, if you live in a downstairs unit you can hear everything from the unit above you, not enough insulation between floors. The units do have up to date finishes and high ceilings. Overall great apartments.
