Great management and love our home
October 25, 2017By far the best place we have lived thus far. The management is amazing and we had no idea how good management could be until we moved here. Brenda is always there for you and responds quickly to any concern. The maintenance is also timely and professional. I have no complaints and would recommend these town homes and Broadmoor to anyone. We pay slightly more than we would for other areas but it is money well spent knowing there are no safety issues like mold and everything is up to date, even in ...their older buildings. The neighbors are also very friendly and has more of a community aspect than most other places.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Apartments and People
August 11, 2015I have been at Crown Park apartments for the past 8 years and it is far and away the best apartment I have ever lived in. The apartments are well maintained and spacious; the staff are quick to respond and always helpful; the neighbors are friendly. I've never had to worry about snow removal, lawn care, or changing batteries in my smoke alarms the entire time I've been here. It's a wonderful place to live!Review from Apartments.com
