No real bad experiences here and been here over 5 years. Gave it a 4 star cause no one or no apartment complex is perfect. Noticed not to many reviews so I guess no news can be good news.

Im in the process of moving out. Been here for 15 months. I have been infested with roaches the entire time. They only do the minimum to try to fix it with no real solution. All my kitchen items have been infested and will need to be trashed and they refuse to reimburse me. It has been a complete nightmare. I can’t use the kitchen to cook a meal and always have to eat out. The roaches are even in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I kill an average of 25 roaches per day. I highly do not recommend this ...

Great quiet and big place, but has some issues

I've been here for a little over 2 years now and there are a lot of pros and a few of cons with this complex.
Pros:
- Rent is at a very good price for what you get.
- Apartments are VERY large (mine is a 900 sq. ft. 1 bed 1 bath).
- It's in a very nice area and generally quiet.
- Maintenance is pretty good about taking care of problems in a timely fashion.
- Management is respectful and helpful.
Cons:
- Price has gone up consistently by about $100 each year.
- Cars have gotten broken into here, ...
including my wife's car in my assigned spot (parking is probably the biggest con here, although they did install new cameras since the incident).
- A couple of homeless people are regulars by the dumpsters (which happen to be by the assigned parking).

Looks are deceiving

We moved in July to Cypress Gardens and we thought it was a good neighborhood. Since we moved in, there have been about 5 cars that have been broken into, people throw their furniture into the dumpsters, which doesn't make the place look good and dumpster is always over flowing, bums always digging in the trash (pretty much every night it never fails), also ppl leave their trash all over the place and we have also seen clothes just laying out in the grass and just a few days ago our mailboxes ...
were broken into and management still hasn't done anything to get them fixed!! We are so disappointed! Our lease is up in July and we are definitely moving out! It looks nice, but once you move in, you see it for what it is.
