Poorly Managed: Not Interested in Repairs or Upkeep
August 31, 2021If you have not already sign a lease run. The manager lives out of state and manages another building in Georgia. It took me 3 weeks just to get a lease, and they would not commit to the agree upon house I wanted to rent, they kept changing their minds. They are very quick to ask for money; deposit and rent payments. Even so the portal did not include payment amount I was told to manually enter the sum. I was told to contact the city to have the water bill account in my name only to find out it ...meant being bill for the entire community’s water service. You cannot get any of the shoddy work or any repairs done. Since I moved in I have spent a month writing emails and being strung along about repairs with no results. They do not care about up keeping the place they are only interested in collecting money. I have rented all my life for the last 30 years this is by far one of the worse places to rent.Property Manager Responded
