This place was not built for seniors and not for no one with any disabilities. They breach a lot of their own leasing obligations. I feel so depressed often living here.

The Leasing Staff treats senior applicant(s) badly by ignoring them when they come to the Leasing Office to apply for an apartment. The Leasing Staff's tone on the phone is unfriendly and lacks respect. I don't understand why Decatur Commons Senior Apartments chooses to hire young Leasing Staff to serve seniors. The Leasing Staff should reflect the Resident and future Residents which the property has been designated to house. I was offended by the bad treatment I received and decided not to ...
