I’ve been here for about a week. And I must say everything has been exceptional! The staff is very friendly. Move in experience was wonderful. Amenities are top notch! Location is superb! I would highly recommend moving here if you’re looking to be in the Frisco area.

The residents didn’t respect our community and would trash common areas, kids would be in the pool until early mornings, I would try to call and report it and get no answer. Very disappointing

I was thoroughly impressed with the community over my 7-month stay in Texas. Minimal noise, work orders were completed promptly, great building security. Made the most of the gym and pool while I was here. If work brought me back into the area, I would happily live here again. It was worth every penny. Thank you for having me!

Its quite & nice in here at Domain at the Gate. Certain facilities like gym etc requires upgrades. Staff is very friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

Only thing I have a problem with is the thin walls and the parking garage, people speeding down and around the ramps, the speed bumps needed to be put at the turns instead of the entrance.

I had a great experience touring and moving into the property. Karen was wonderful, the leasing process was mostly smooth, and despite a few minor glitches, everything worked out well. The property is clean, the amenities are great, and since moving in on March 31st, I’ve been very happy.
