If you’re looking for a place to call home, I would have recommended this place last year however with the new management team I wouldn’t recommend this to be an overnight stay.

Moving out at the end of the month as soon as my lease is up. Work orders are never completed even though they say they are. My children are treated with disrespect when they are up in the office.
My dog is constantly getting attacked at the dog park by
...three little Chihuahua’s, and teenagers are bringing their dogs to the dog park and never managed or picked up after their dogs.
Children, I say children, a young girl,however in 20s come in with cigarette vapors and sit there and Vape in the middle of the dog park and they don’t have a dog
After countless conversations with Renee the manager she says that it will be taken care of, the walls on the outside of the dog park say no aggressive dogs, and no children under the age of 16. Whenever you walk into the office to speak with anybody you need to wait till their conversations are done because you, the resident, the one paying the rent, take second to what they are ordering for lunch. Or what they did that weekend. Or best one yet is what a resident was doing, that’s what I like to hear Management gossiping about residents. They used to send out text messages when animals were missing and when things of significant matters needed to be addressed. However DCR had a major major problem come up about a month ago a text was sent out to everybody and an email was sent out to everybody. Wait for it… A movie was missing… And it needed to be returned immediately… My.. what a major major catastrophic problems going on in that office.
