      Something breaks every week. No heat or hot water, broken garbage disposal, a fridge that leaks, porch screen falls off, stairway fan didn't work and most of our windows don't close fully. It's irritating to keep having submit a maintenance request all the time.

      So far so great! The move in experience was super smooth and the office staff has been really helpful and welcoming. I love the property location by the lake and it's super close to I-25. The gym is tiny but at least it's 24/7

      I’ve just moved here and honestly I’m 100x happier. The apartments feel more like home because they almost have a townhome feel from the outside. I have a massive porch, there’s a beautiful 3.8 mile trail on two lakes with a great view of the mountains right in our backyard.

      Overall, fantastic move-in experience. The office manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew was very responsive, and the apartment itself had a new coat of paint and new carpet. The only downside so far has been the appliances. I haven't lived in an apartment in a couple of decades, so perhaps I'm spoiled, but the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator were on the dilapidated side.

      I am very impressed with the Eagle Ridge staff. They have always been so supportive and welcoming. If I have any issues like maintenance they are super quick to respond, super efficient. The location is perfect, with the lake and walking trails. Target and other shopping is a short walk away. Freeway access is close. I couldn’t ask for more!
