This apartment complex isn’t where you want to live at . They take a million years to fix something or just don’t fix it at all.Security doesn’t do nothing when patrolling whenever they are here .It’s pointless to have a gate when it’s always broken.The people in the leasing office are no help when it comes to anything dealing with any issues in your apt .

The property manager is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! It doesn’t make sense how many times you have to go to the rental office when you need something done &plus security is no help. All they do is talk among each other & never to be seen when something happens. The property manager doesn’t know how to talk to people!!!! She is rude!!!! The gate is always broken. If you are looking for somewhere to stay & want to feel safe & have no issues DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! IT’S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!

I visited eagles landing for a tour of the place that me and my husband had been looking for, and there was so much commotion. Most of which which came from the property manager. Her yelling at women holding babies, getting in men faces. Not to mention a guy came to her and told her he had been robbed while she was at the front gate carrying on. Her statement afterwards. “Well we left a note on your doors come out at your own risk”. Pitiful I will not be renting from this place

It is not a gated community. Since I moved in the gates don’t work. The ‘gym’ has no working equipments. The washer and dryer are a waste of 90 dollars. They’re super small and the dryer never dries the clothes after one cycle. Property manager is great though. Thumbs up to her. Roaches are a nightmare. I neeeded a place I got one so I’m grateful for that.

I give management a 2 As of today 12/4/17 they are all super nice. The only true problem I had was with my alarm where Allison kept saying next week next week and nothing was being installed. The property manager explained it to me and I got it. But the trash mess is a problem. They don't explain a lot to you when you move. I give no trouble 3 months in they're charging me $25 dollars for something that wasn't explained to me. Ok cool ? I'll pay it. The one star is for that and the fact that I ...

put an order in for my sink that throws water everywhere when it's on but they haven't fixed it. My toilet doesn't flush properly I have to use a bucket to flush it but they haven't fixed it ? Can I fine the complex for that. Apparently it's not an emergency. The gates are always open?. I used my card twice since I moved in on January 2017. Bref, it's a nice place to stay if like me you're desperate and was staying in a hotel and all your stuff were in your car. Again management is great but I have issues when things aren't explained to me then I'm being punished for it. Finally, my first apartment with them there was full with roaches. I stayed in the hotel and after a week I complained I legit was crying. The property manager was nice enough to move me. Thumbs up to her I appreciated that. The renewal process is a nightmare. They lose you paperwork and you have to keep redoing everything. Stay on top of your stuff or youll be on the street and not even know it.

Can't wait to move in.

I needed an apartment in a hurry, but safe and clean. I google apartments in Miami and eagles landing came up. I went to check it out and saw a friend who stayed there for over 10 years. Her experience with the Office staff and the way the place was taken care of was great. I can’t wait to move in if they would have me….
