Shootings are Everyday I still got Bullet holes in my wall from Months ago. The Office People are too Rude and Unprofessional .. They harass people alot. Alot of people are moving because it's dangerous and infested with Rats. Mold is all on The Wall . My apartment have water problems so it floods in my apartment. You can not have any Guest or Family Members Over.. The office is Very Unorganized and Needs new Management. Im moving

This is the worst place a person could ever live. They're gang members who hang out day and night, they throw their trash all over the parking lot, on the weekend, it looks like a dump. Women and men are constantly engaged in fights and not to mention someone riddled the building with bullets in a drive-by shooting. The tenants and visitors engaged in paintball wars, they had ample space yet the men choose to shoot up cars and buildings, it was a mess. This is a very dangerous place to live and ...
is not fit for children. The maintenance men refuse to do their job, They don't fix anything in the apartments if they do it's because you will have to fill out a report more than once.

The head manager was very rude and unprofessional when I visit your office because I was interested in renting and I wanted to know the details and price of the apartments. She seems as though she did not want to be bothered with helping me. I felt unwelcomed. Please train your office staff, This person should be able to interact with the public who are interested in staying in your residence.
