I would like to leave a review, but unfortunately I may never even get an apartment here to review. Has anyone tried e-mailing them about any of the apartments, and had actually gotten a response? I have bad reception so I have no choice but to email them. I would like to be able to rate the apartment but, I doubt the add is up-to-date.

Great town houses. Only downfall is the partying is horrible. People save spots for other people causing most people to park a couple blocks away. Clean & friendly. The mantince men do a great job keeping things going around here. Stricked with parties but the community center is great for birthdays !

I tried to apply for these amazing looking dream apartments and couldn't turn in an application because I didn't have a second person living with me. I'm not sure if it's a low income housing requirement or what. I was so dumbfounded when the property manager (who was super nice) handed me my application back, that I didn't think to ask. It would've been nice to know that before I filled out the 8 page application! Bummed I can't live here!

I really liked this apartment! I was so excited to go in and see if there was any room available but unfortunately the waiting list was closed. Maybe next time but until then I will be looking for other apartments that have an open waiting list.
