April 22, 2024Great location to live, just about walkable to anywhere in Bethesda. Gym is compact but has everything you need for a quick workout. Rooftop lounge has great views of Bethesda. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and helpful.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2024My wife and I have lived at Element 28 for almost 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are top-notch, and we really get along with our neighbors. There is very little noise. March 7, 2024Love Element28 - great staff, excellent quality of facility, amazing location - can't complain! Compared to other apartments, these units were originally built for sale (as condos) so the specs are much higher. 3BR units are spacious and hidden gem is the rooftop terrace.
