April 22, 2024Great location to live, just about walkable to anywhere in Bethesda. Gym is compact but has everything you need for a quick workout. Rooftop lounge has great views of Bethesda. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and helpful.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2024My wife and I have lived at Element 28 for almost 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are top-notch, and we really get along with our neighbors. There is very little noise. March 7, 2024Love Element28 - great staff, excellent quality of facility, amazing location - can't complain! Compared to other apartments, these units were originally built for sale (as condos) so the specs are much higher. 3BR units are spacious and hidden gem is the rooftop terrace. We've hosted parties, BBQ, sun-downers - we've loved our life here in Element 28 very much!Property Manager Responded
