The location of these apartments is fantastic and the staff was always great. Maintenance usually got items fixed quickly. I did sit for a month with smoke detectors that weren’t functional because maintenance got busy. That’s fine, it happens but I think they are overworking their employees a bit now. The maintenance employees are so nice and shouldn’t be put in the situation to work two complexes!
The apartments are loud, if people talk in the hall, you hear it all. If you have loud neighbors, ...
you will hear it all. People yelling under your bedroom window? You’ll hear that loud and clear too.
Hot tub was broken way too often while we lived there, gates were always down. If you want to live here because it’s gated, go elsewhere.
Upon move out, they charge way too much so be aware of that. Carpets were 7 years old and they wanted to charge a part of their replacement cost to us. We lived here 6 years. Again, staff is great and if you want to live here for the location, then it’s worth it. Just lots of issues that came up when we lived here.
