The apartments are very nice; well-maintained, plenty of natural light, and spacious. The complex is nicely landscaped, very well maintained, and quiet. Residents are friendly and respectful of their neighbors. Beautiful views of the golf course and mountains!

I love the location, everything is so nice and clean,
The apartments are upgraded,
Another thing is so great about it that so close to chopping centers grocery stores, one of the best locations in Scottsdale.

Our experience here at elite Scottsdale has been excellent. Ive lived in other apartment communities and trust me when I say theres no comparison to Elite. Just getting a air changed would of taken over a month or two to get it replaced. Good Job Elite.

Elite North Scottsdale had wonderful feedback from my colleagues and we chose it as our home as soon as we saw a suitable fit to our rental budget. The apartment is really spacious, has ample natural light and suitable ventilation. Amenities like the pools are really great. Happy to call Elite North Scottsdale our home !

Overall, Elite North Scottsdale is a fantastic community with great amenities and you really do feel like you live in a positive environment. You can always expect to receive regular updates from Management and throughout COVID their action-plans have been spectacular.
Although a bit pricey, the renovated units flash with modern touches, appliances and a slick look and feel for a more updated community.
