Should be condemned. I lived in an apt which was so full if mold and bedbugs i stayed sick the whole 6. Mths i lived there. Lost 3 jobs because i was constantly sick. Got behind on my rent because of illness went to share for help who paaid for me. They overcharged share then i got sick and behind again and paid them half months rent inwhuch was accepted then was evicted anyway. Moat tenants stay sick from the mold bed bugs and rusty water
