Terrible
September 10, 2022These apartments are terrible. Not only are they not up to code (no smoke detectors/broken windows/mold), they refuse to fix anything. These places should be priced at $100. We all got super bad mold sickness living there. Smoke free? No way, all our neighbors openly smoked marijuana and had loud fights at night. Not to mention the landlord is completely unreasonable and money hungry. Absolute trash, stay away.Review from Apartments.com
Owner will find ways to mess you over
July 14, 2017I was a previous tenant and the landlord lost no money with me yet he took me to court because he found a legal loophole to get more money. In court there were multiple outright lies told in order to convince a judge to grant money not truly owed. The apartment I lived in was not up to fire code with detectors not being functional or even present in some cases this was brought up in the beginning and never rectified.
