Half remodeled not fully, NO HEAT!!!

I was dooped! Signed blindly only to get my keys n see how far from the pics this apt really is. Some things are new. Many aren't. Like super old windows and cabinets (one broken even). Super dirty as well. Floor is old. Cracks all over. Worst of all. Heater is broke. On day 5 now and still waiting. Water heater wasn't turned on. So no hot water first 2 days too. The list is long but they are coming to repair. I will update with how they do on repairs. Simply put. The pics are nothing close ...

to what you will get. Not everything is upgraded or new. Maybe half of the things. Refrigerator is small too. Not much cabinet space or storage either. Blinds are old. Some broke and dented. Huge gaps in doors and windows not sealed either. No caulking done on baseboards. Open invite for bugs! Yay!! I could add more but you get the just. Make sure you view it before u sign. I made that mistake because the special. Highly disappointed and now I'm stuck here for a year.

Overpriced for the lack of amenities offered, and emergency maintenance is third party so issues don’t get handled with urgency.
