Good location but poorly managed
June 26, 2017I have lived here for a while now and I kept telling myself that the good location was worth the bad management (which I was forewarned about). I thought, how bad could it be? Well, when you have 95 year old apartments with no insulation, a leaking roof, and crumbling foundation, management is everything. Speaking of which- there is none here. Let me assure you that I am a reasonable person who is not just ranting over small things. Last year our bathroom ceiling fell in from an ignored ...maintenance request and was not fixed for 3 weeks- during July when it was raining every single day. When they put in new windows, there was a 1.5 inch gap between the frame and the window- yes, that makes it hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This year the A/C leaks 2 gallons a day in our dining room- I put in a work order 7 days ago. Nothing yet. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
