Maintenance issues and security issues
June 14, 2024They say this is a gated community, the gates have not worked since I moved in 7 years ago. Cars and other items have been and still are being stolen. Any work orders has to be done on line then it never gets done and they close it saying it has been. I know I tenant who has had no air conditioning for almost 3 months and another that their sink does not work and has not since they moved in. The water bill has gone up to nearly 200 dollars a month and when asked to talk to property owner the ...office personal said they do not know. I will be moving soon.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful abode
April 10, 2021I spent 30 days looking at this property but when I met Katy. I knew this was going to be a better experience. Loads of room, very quiet, beautiful apt. Pictures don't do it justice. Smooth process getting in. Full size appliances, ceiling fans, very private spaces in the home. Bedrooms are not next to each other which helps me define my spaces. Great Location, Lots of space, Friendly Management
October 4, 2016These apartments are in a great location and close to everything. The apartment is spacious with huge bedrooms and plenty of space and an outside storage. I have lived here for over two years and it is quiet and secure. I never had any type of security issues and my neighbors are friendly. They are making a lot of improvements inside and out of the apartment homes. The price is also great for the amount of space you have. The manager James is great. Large, Spacious Apartments-Unbeatable Price
August 11, 2015My husband and I wanted a place with plenty of space in a quiet area for a great price; we were thrilled to find all of that here. Located in the middle of the city with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and the main highway but is also an area where we feel safe and comfortable.
