May 16, 2025Been living here for 5 years this place has been my home ever since The new management point guard has change so many things to better I’m glad there actually changing all the plumbing from old management there actually working to provide us better Love Ms Daisy in the office she’s the sweetest angel She deserves 100 stars she’s so patient works with you and always looking out for you to be ensure you’re in a good place , they provide you with the best they can sometimes it’s not in there hands ...but they tried to help you out . HORRIBLE
April 19, 2024I live in a # bedroom apartment on the bottom floor Poor maintenance, roaches everywhere, poor air conditioner the rent is too high plus the internet fees are too much there is many teenagers that smoke outside and no parking space the outside is filled with dog poop and glass that is broken. No one is ever in the office made a report 2 weeks ago and there is still no response there is ROACCHES way too many it is disgusting , they wont do anything. Free "all bills paid" but control! heat only during the winter and air condition during the summer!
March 30, 2020The control air condition and heating system; you live in Texas you know how the weather changes so many times in one day. That's the worst! But it's pretty much a temporary place to call home. I seen people move in and move out since I have moved in!! Not sure if it's because of the heating and air conditions, but that would be my reason for looking into a new apartment; since you can't purchase your own window air conditioning unit and their heating and air-condition system is so very loud!!! ...You rather off with a personal one that much quieter and peaceful!! The staff is great! The work orders are quick and respectful!!Property Manager Responded
