Lease management?
July 8, 2017These apartments on there on are wonderful very spacious and well priced compared to others. But the manager in the leasing office likes to pretend to be this sweet lady when hed attitude is through the roof. She hardly ever comes into the office so if you really need something good luck getting ahold of her. She is basically untouchable because her brother or sister owns the property. If they replaced her with someone with less attitude the property would be magnificent! Cant keep everything in ...the family!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Absolutely Lovely!
July 20, 2015I have been at Evergreen Condo's for what will make a year in November. I have felt nothing but welcomed. This was my first apartment ever and I've had a great experience stepping out and starting a life of my own. The price is unbelievably reasonable for the amount of space me and my 3 year old son have! I would recommend these apartment's to anybody wanting a new cozy place to call home!Review from Apartments.com
