They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. Move In Success
August 4, 2022I was moving from another state to the Florida area for a new job. I chose Exchange at the Beach because the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to work with my move in dates which were after hours on a weekend. My husband and I had the moving truck delayed and the team was there to make sure we were able to get into our unit. thanks to the staff at Exchange.Property Manager Responded

EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT
May 14, 2022If I could give negative 100 stars I could. 3 new property managers in 6 months, 2 new regional and SEVERAL new leasing agents. No one stays because they know this company Is a JOKE. Delayed opening a new building by multiple months multiple times. Cost us alot of money having a ONE WEEK notice to find a new place to live. As if the nightmare ended there I got caught between a totally new staff when I ended our lease and requested the admin fee back. It's now been a month and they never sent it. ...Nobody calls or even follows up. Today I spoke to the very lovely Ms. Lisa the new Regional who told me we aren't even ENTITLED to a refund. From a property who failed THREE times to let people who PAID to move In. Now we're expected to wait 30 more days. Don't be fooled by these people. Courtney is a great guy and I hope he finds somewhere that treats him right. The new manager Tiffany is just as clueless as they come, no respect or compassion to the 40+ applicants who had to find new housing with no notice. STAY AWAY!Property Manager Responded

Very Unprofessional and Lease Agreement is a Joke
May 4, 2022I’m a current resident and been having a few problems. 1st is the dog breed restrictions is a joke and been having problems from one owner that don’t leash her aggressive non licensed support pitbull mix that try’s to attack other dogs as well and I noticed that the pool gates do lot lock and noticed tweakers on drugs trying to go inside around 9:00 pm tonight while I was taking my dog out and felt very unsafe for a company that says luxury apartments and standards we deserve. The company and ...workers are not holding up the agreement we signed. The company doesn’t even have an apartment manager and been open for over 6 months. This is not what I agreed on the lease. Poorly built apartments
March 23, 2022Over priced and poorly constructed buildings. During heavy rain storms my apartment floods through my front door and fuse box causing the floor boards damage throughout the entrance and kitchen.Property Manager Responded
