This apartment is now renamed as "The Flats at 95 Metcalf." New name, but the old issues all remain. Save your time, money and sanity and find somewhere else, because this apartment isn't worth even half the rent charged.
The building is infested with roaches, and the property owner seems to be too cheap to fully resolve the issue. The remodel job, although it look beautiful in the pictures, it terrible in quality. There are many issues with the plumbing, including SEWAGE leaking in the walls! ...
There is also mold in the basement, and who knows where else. We didn't have a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm for the first four months of living here.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Roaches! The infestation was so bad residents became sick from the roaches and the chemicals! Leaking sewage from other people! Black mold! Leaking pipes! Eww!!! BTW...this was after the remodel. I was even locked out because the fancy door locks wouldn't work. Guess they wanted to keep the cockroaches from getting out!

I've been trying tonwork with these people since April and they keep assuring me they will repair the crumbling dry wall and moldimg bath tub wall and leaking ceiling. but they never show up. they ignore voicemails and dont answer their phone. it's horrible.
