January 3, 2023Awful living condition. Don't be deceived by outside appearance. Some buildings has carpet in hallways and others have awful looking I don't know what to call. Yet you pay the same amount of rent as the buildings with carpet. Dumpster Fire is what this complex is. Don't let the devil fool you. You are told that gas is calculated by individual unit. That's not true they split with all tenants in the building, which is not fair. Specially, if you have no children or others living in unit. ...Why should I pay for tenants who have families vs tenants who are single.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2022This is a quiet and peaceful place to live, the office and maintenance staff is magnificent, for me there are only two negative points: the parking lot (which is not enough, especially if you arrive late at night) and the smell of marijuana which It has escalated to a level that for me is already unbearable, the building and its facilities are in excellent condition, but for these two inconveniences, I would say that Flat 170 is an excellent place to live.Property Manager Responded
