I spoke with Tamekia, and she was friendly, fast and informative, very professional and courteous. The tour was awesome, and she helped me understand that her tenants are in good hands. Let's not forget about the upkeep there of the apartments they were in great condition. I can tell she stays on her job. definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Conam managed apartments are the worst I’ve ever lived in, after living in 6 others. They rig an apartment together to look somewhat nice, then once you get into the apartment you will have many problems and submit multiple work orders often, the maintenance guys were the only wonderful thing about this apartment ! I built great relationship with them, after seeing them so often for so many issues. The apartment is way overpriced for what you get. And on top of ...
that they will gouge you when you move out. I moved into an apartment that had a huge stain on the carpet, took photos and they told me they would change it out but I was already moved in so they’d change it when I moved out which was fine because my bed was going over it. Then upon moving out I had made another stain on the carpet, but they were already supposed to be replacing it. Nope I got charged an extra $200 for the carpet even after multiple disputes with no responses from conam management, only for the billing department to tell me it was denied. So I had two choices to let it ruin my credit and get sent to collections or to pay these inconsiderate people. Save yourself the trouble and find a nicer group of people to work with.

Overall, great community! Staff is so sweet and handles any matters right away. Grounds are kept clean, and it is a very pet-friendly community. Apartments are spacious, and I absolutely love having a view of a beautiful lake in my backyard. I love living here!
