The best and safest place to live in Newport News
April 13, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have never felt safer than I do in Forrest Pines Senior apartments. I know it's a well sort after place to live. The building is locked, has an elevator and beautiful decorated hallways. Whoever wrote that this place is unsafe, must be someone who had a problem with this area. I doubt very much that it's directly with this apartment community. This community is brand new. The doors are operated by a locked system. Only residents can open the doors. If they choose to open the doors for ...strangers, I would be very much surprised. Everyone here is wonderful. My neighbors are fantastic and so is the office staff. I am so glad to have a place to call home here. I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. I have been living here for 8 months, and hope to be here for many years to come. The parking lot is all lit up. Patrol cars come by often and check out the area. There is nothing unsafe here. The apartment community next door, our Sister apartments, are also very quiet and calm. So far, I have not seen any problems. The apartments are spacious and the baclcony is GREAT. We live on the fourth floor, and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Read More

April 6, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comForrest Pines Senior apartments is unsafe for your love ones. All of the drug dealers and other scary looking individuals walk through the neighborhood trying to get for Courthouse Green to Patriots Crossing. There is a fence keeping the 2 gang infested neighborhoods apart which is why they hang out in the woods around Forrest Pines Senior. I have heard gunshots many nights and I am worried for the elderly that live there.

Huge apartments with a beautiful bathroom. Pull cords for emergencies perfect for 62 Seniors. All the amenities you need and much more Love it!!!! And pet friendly what else can you ask for!
