Was supposed to move in on June 1,18 manger called me 6 days untill I to move in & tell me my apt not finished & they don't know when it will when I asked for my information they tell me they can't found it but I knew the office was robbed on May 15,18 & my as #er was stolen & someone has been trying to put stuff in my son & my name u get approval from onwer & then time for u to move in the owner ask if u talked to the manager & when u say no u as the owner gave me my approval to move in u go ...

talk to management Nik & Diana & they tell u no the owners name r Karen & Raj. Bad business just really bad business all the way around. The property is very dirty when I did a walk through but I could found no where eles to rent to me. They also use to take the homeless program few months ago through the welfare program & the owners would charge people more money to move than what it really is this is just so shameful of Karen & Raj to tell Thier last manager that they just fired a few days ago to steal from people on welfare

Roach infested!!

I just moved out of the 1 bedroom that’s available and it has roaches! I couldn’t stand living there any longer knowing that the owners don’t care that people are living with roaches. The treatments they offer don’t work! Don’t waste your hard earned money living here, you’ll regret it if you do!

When I was looking around for an affordable place to rent, I called this place and got a female who answered the phone. She didn't seem that interested in answering my questions and didn't get around to answering the one question about availability of apartments. I could hear barking in the background and kids screaming from what seems like fighting really bad. I asked if pets were allowed and she said "yes and no, as long as the general boss doesn't know, I don't care" This call had so many ...

red flags that everyone should stay away from this place if this is the kind of person they have running it.
