I love living at Fountainview apartments

Excellent place to live
August 27, 2023I moved here a month ago from California after searching long distance for 8 months. As soon as I reached leasing agent Eileen, I knew my search was over. Everything she said about the available apartment, complex and surrounding community proved to be true. The apartment is spacious, has modern appliances, new carpeting, is quiet and has a lovely view of the beautiful courtyard. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and Eileen made sure that the ...excellent maintenance staff did so in a timely manner. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Fountainview is very well maintained and the surrounding area is lovely too and safe.Property Manager Responded

Great place and excellent manager
July 24, 2023I moved to Fountainview last month and already loved this place. The apartment is renovated and functional, the courtyard is green and quiet, and people are nice there. Superb
July 10, 2023I could not stress enough how helpful Eileen is during beginning of my stay in the apartment. She was very active in helping me out with my air-conditioning issues. Even in a holiday, she didn't stopped in following up with the maintenance staff to come and check my room to solve the problem. The apartment itself is in good shape and the area is wonderful. Also, parking lot has enough space for the residents. Overall, this is an excellent place to live in and would recommend it to my friends ...and colleagues.Property Manager Responded

Satisfied residents
June 28, 2023We officially moved in about one month ago. Everything’s been so good so far. Maintenance team and leasing office respond super fast whenever we have questions. We didn’t choose the renovated one, but the one we have is well-maintained and everything works fine! Eileen is always on top of everything. I believe people who read this comment might have seen the same compliment in other reviews and I wouldn’t be surprised, since she’s very nice and she does care about the residents here!!!!!! Love these apartments
June 21, 2023I've been living at Fountainview for about eight months and it's been lovely. The process to get the apartment was very easy. During the process, Eileen was AMAZING with answering all of my questions, and since there was construction being done in my unit, she even gave me a tour of her own apartment in the same complex to show me what it would look like. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly and I don't need any maintenance for the unit. These buildings are highly ...in demand! My unit was renovated right before I moved in and it is beautiful. For below average rent, I have a VERY spacious one bedroom that has new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, and its own washer and dryer. This is super rare in Baltimore at this price. My patio screen door was broken, but maintenance was super on top of it and ordered a replacement right away. Pests: A pest control company comes through periodically to do preventative care, so even though I'm on the first floor I've had no issues with bugs or mice. I've had bad experiences in the past with pests so I am a harsh critic, and I have had 0 issues at Fountainview with it. There's plenty of parking near my building and I've never had an issue finding a spot near the door. The neighborhood isn't super walkable, but the grounds are quiet and well-maintained, with lots of families. I can hear people walking around in the unit above mine and in the hallway, but everyone is very respectful of one another and never too noisy. I would definitely recommend Fountainview to prospective residents.Property Manager Responded

Very nice apartments
July 25, 2022My husband and I moved to Fountainview about a month ago and we are so happy that we chose to live here. The apartment is very spacious and the price is extremely competitive. We have lots of windows and hence natural light in the apartment, and so we barely need to turn the lights on during the day. There are plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms, and the balcony is also very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and we often just hear birds chirping and singing outside. We ...had some minor problems at the beginning, but Eileen and the maintenance team addressed it right away and followed up with us to make sure everything is okay. Great place to live
May 1, 2022I have been living at Fountainview for almost a year now and I just renewed my lease! There were some issues with the apartment when I first moved in, but all of my concerns were adequately addressed in a timely manner, and I haven’t had any issues since. Eileen and the maintenance staff did a great job making sure that I was happy with my apartment! In addition, prices are very competitive, the apartments are spacious, it’s quiet, and there’s plenty of parking available.
