Apartments and grounds are beautiful. if there is a maintenance problem it is resolved quickly. Eileen, the office manager wants her residence to be comfortable, happy and safe. She responds immediately to any concern.

I moved here a month ago from California after searching long distance for 8 months. As soon as I reached leasing agent Eileen, I knew my search was over. Everything she said about the available apartment, complex and surrounding community proved to be true. The apartment is spacious, has modern appliances, new carpeting, is quiet and has a lovely view of the beautiful courtyard. I moved to Fountainview last month and already loved this place. The apartment is renovated and functional, the courtyard is green and quiet, and people are nice there. I could not stress enough how helpful Eileen is during beginning of my stay in the apartment. She was very active in helping me out with my air-conditioning issues. Even in a holiday, she didn't stopped in following up with the maintenance staff to come and check my room to solve the problem. The apartment itself is in good shape and the area is wonderful. I've been living at Fountainview for about eight months and it's been lovely. The process to get the apartment was very easy. During the process, Eileen was AMAZING with answering all of my questions, and since there was construction being done in my unit, she even gave me a tour of her own apartment in the same complex to show me what it would look like. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly and I don't need any maintenance for the unit. These buildings are highly ...

in demand! My unit was renovated right before I moved in and it is beautiful. For below average rent, I have a VERY spacious one bedroom that has new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, and its own washer and dryer. This is super rare in Baltimore at this price. My patio screen door was broken, but maintenance was super on top of it and ordered a replacement right away. Pests: A pest control company comes through periodically to do preventative care, so even though I'm on the first floor I've had no issues with bugs or mice. I've had bad experiences in the past with pests so I am a harsh critic, and I have had 0 issues at Fountainview with it. There's plenty of parking near my building and I've never had an issue finding a spot near the door. The neighborhood isn't super walkable, but the grounds are quiet and well-maintained, with lots of families. I can hear people walking around in the unit above mine and in the hallway, but everyone is very respectful of one another and never too noisy. I would definitely recommend Fountainview to prospective residents.

My husband and I moved to Fountainview about a month ago and we are so happy that we chose to live here. The apartment is very spacious and the price is extremely competitive. We have lots of windows and hence natural light in the apartment, and so we barely need to turn the lights on during the day. There are plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms, and the balcony is also very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and we often just hear birds chirping and singing outside.
