On our 3rd Management Company in 2 years
May 5, 2022Don’t move here. Nothing gets fixed and since the management company has constantly changed, there is no one who takes the responsibility of taking care of the tenants. My building has severe plumbing issues. I called about my toilet leaking all over the floor and never heard back. When the toilet is flushed it smells like sewage coming up from the kitchen sink. It’s a miserable place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move here if you have a choice
September 19, 2021The management has been trash! We are on the second company since I’ve signed a one year lease. They don’t fix anything correctly. Do enough to get by! They had to give window units this summer and some tenants went without ac. They have bad plumbing issues, nothing is upgraded out here as the website and pictures say. Just Okay
November 15, 2020I have been a resident for two months. This apartment complex has a DISGUSTING waterbug issue. Maintenance has already sprayed twice and I will be calling them again. It is unfortunate that I am paying to live like this when I doubt management would accept these conditions for themselves. I have seen them in my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room...everywhere. This is CONCERNING because I don't know what they have gotten into and this is a health risk. Also my car was broken into already as ...my welcome present, so great...Property Manager Responded
