Really loving Frame Med Center! The townhomes feel modern and nice with great finishes, private yards, and garages. Location is super convenient near the Medical Center and access to major highways. Amenities are solid. Staff and maintenance have been awesome and responsive every time I have needed anything. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-kept place in a good spot, I’d definitely recommend it!

I would definitely recommend Frame Med Center to anyone looking for Townhomes near the medical center. The management is super nice and the maintenance team are very responsive to any repairs and most of the time they complete it on the same day.

Staff and management have changed frequently. I have had two pretty significant maintenance issues one leak in my downstairs roof and broken A/C. Maintenance was efficient and fast at addressing the issues. Landscaping is extremely pricey for a bare minimum job.
