July 26, 2015This apartment was built in the 50's and has never been updated. Window air conditioning units that don't have a thermostat is the thing I hate most. The cast iron stove, sink, tub are fine just wish it wasn't rusting. Hard wood floors are beautiful and the entry way smells like my grandma's attic. The phone jack is in the hallway on a built-in shelf with a cubby for the phone book. BUT! I live in the best neighborhood in all of Charlotte. Very safe and very quiet.Review from Apartments.com
