A rough start and I’ve got roaches in my apartment but everyone has been so nice and kind! I was able to get a hold and make a maintenance request very easily. They are on top of it with the roaches which is really nice.

I just moved in and so far things are going great! Getting in touch with management can be hard- they are understaffed for the size of the complex. But they are better with email so we are working it out.

I have been living here for more than 1 year and 6 months, everything seems to go well. Until I have a new upstairs neighbor who has been running around and stomping even after midnight. I tried reporting to the management but I was informed that they could not do anything. That I have to call security on them when this happens again. I just feel dismissed on this issue as a simple reminder would help at least.

Things have been decently smooth, except for getting into contact with the management. but The management is often not available during office hours. I notice the door is often closed. They’re not very good at answering the phone either.

I absolutely love my new apartment! The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They made everything so easy and welcoming from day one. The community here is just as amazing—everyone has been warm and friendly, and my dog was welcomed with open arms. It already feels like home! The 24-hour gym is super convenient, and I’m especially loving the makers area—it’s such a cool and unique space to get creative.
