    Great maintenance service for in house fixing of issues. Takes a very long time to fix security/outdoor issues. It is also hard to get a hold of someone via email or phone but once you talk to someone the team is super nice and helpful! Definitely, the people who work here are the best reason to live in Galleria.

    The new management is great, and the staff are friendly! The location is great for me because it is in walking distance to my school, but we are in an area where there is a large homeless population.

    The staff at Gallerie are very friendly. The amenities are great, which include a pool, fully-equipped gym, and study areas. I love when the apartment hosts free events in the commons area for all residents to join.

    The new management has really transformed this apartment into a great place. The apartment itself is nice, nothing too fancy with good amenities. I like the location being close to downtown with reasonable pricing.

    Clubhouse needs a refresh and chairs are in comfy. Coffee machine works half the time. Apartments are nice though! My washing machine also smells like sewer and they aren’t doing anything about it and I’ve put in several maintenance requests.

    Been living here three years, I like it better with the new management property. Love all the amenities and staff. There have been less brake ins in the garage, they keep the property up to date. Very friendly neighbors.
