    This is not for marketing: I suspect that the person somewhere above me is pouring the broth of their home-cooked chicken or turkey off the balcony because it is not wise to pour it down the drain. While I appreciate that, it pours onto my balcony without warning. This is the third time -- that I know of -- that this has happened. I have no way to wash it away. Once it congeals, I hesitate to walk onto my balcony because it will stick to my shoes. Please educate residents on proper way to dispose ...

    Overall the experience here has been exceptional. It’s quiet even with continuous construction outside my window. Only discrepancies I have are the scent of marijuana in parking garage and while on my balcony and stained hallway carpet. The concierge representatives are always friendly and helpful. I feel secure in my residence and that improves my quality of life.
